Appointment Schedule
To serve as many clients as possible at their convenience, we operate on a scheduled appointment system. If you would like to schedule a wellness visit, please give us a call at 405-275-0990, and our friendly reception team will help find a time that works for you.
We understand that life doesn't always go according to plan and that pets don't always need care on a schedule. That's why we continue to welcome walk-in appointments until 4:00 PM each day as a service to our community. While scheduled appointments do receive priority, we will do our best to accommodate walk-in patients whenever possible. Depending on the day's caseload, wait times for walk-ins can vary, so we encourage clients to schedule an appointment when they can. However, if something comes up unexpectedly, we're here to help.
In addition to routine wellness care, we are available for urgent care appointments and can often accommodate same-day concerns. We also provide care for emergencies when possible, as well as house and farm calls. If your pet is experiencing an urgent medical issue, we recommend calling ahead so our team can prepare for your arrival and help direct you to the most appropriate care.
Patient Arrival Policy
We ask that all animals are restrained when waiting for their appointment in our lobby. For dogs, this typically means they are leashed. Cats, smaller dogs, and exotic animals are typically crated.
No matter how well trained or well-behaved, we find that this policy is in the best interest of safety for all parties.
Payment Policy
All payment is expected in full at check-out. To help you plan, our reception staff is always happy to provide a cost estimate. But, please understand, that estimates do not always reflect final cost.
We accept cash, checks, debit, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Scratchpay, CareCredit® and some pet insurance plans are also accepted. If you decide to use pet insurance, be sure to contact your insurer if you are unsure about their specific policies.
